Terms of Service
These terms are between AKZ LLC ("we", "us") and the company or person using PaveMapr ("you"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
What PaveMapr is
PaveMapr helps paving and contracting companies log door-knocking results, measure driveways, and prepare and present quotes. Prices, warranties and payment terms on a quote are set by you, not by us. You are the one making each offer to your customer.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password private. The person who creates a company is its owner and is responsible for who they invite and what those people do in the company. Owners can turn crew members off at any time. You must be old enough to enter contracts where you live.
Subscription and billing
PaveMapr is a paid subscription for companies. A new company can start with a free trial; a payment card is required to start it, and the card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. After that, the subscription renews each month or year until you cancel. Extra people beyond those included in your plan add to the price. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can change your card, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel from More, then Manage billing. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Unless the law says otherwise, payments already made are not refunded.
Your data
The doors, quotes, photos and customer details you enter belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them to run the app. You can export your data from the app at any time, and you can delete your account in the app. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
Measurements and prices are estimates
Areas traced on satellite imagery are estimates. Imagery can be out of date or off by a few feet. You are responsible for checking measurements on site before you commit to a price. Industry price comparisons, where shown, are general guides only.
Rules of use
Follow the law when you knock on doors, including local rules on solicitation, do-not-knock lists, and the cancellation rights homeowners have for sales made at their home. Do not use PaveMapr to harass anyone, to break the law, or to copy, resell or interfere with the app.
No warranty and limits of liability
PaveMapr is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the app is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs or indirect damages.
Ending these terms
You can stop using PaveMapr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is not paid. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
